Hello! Thank you for looking into this turn restriction. I have updated the restriction with an except=bicycle;moped;motorcar;psv tag to allow access to normal traffic except hgv/trucks. I hope that this works well for the situation. If this does not work the way it should, or if it could be modeled better, please feel free to let me know. Thanks, kfremd
