This changeset reverts some or all edits made in changesets 113316313, 113326008, 113326292, 113326551, 113327203.
There are a few 50/50 calls in here. For example, https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/15252260/history might be "ground" or "gravel".

Or grass. I've seen (surveyed) a few of those.
In any case: surface=unpaved ? Valid value while also being (likely) accurate. StreetComplete will then ask for a more specific value (which covers the possibility that it is actually paved).
