I’ve blocked again for repeatedly adding of duplicate / invalid data, in this case http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/3611701986/history , which is clearly the same item as http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/294114509 , and the imagery and footpaths suggest that the previous version was correctly placed and your new version is not.
