on 28th May, more than 100 OSM accounts, all named after public transport stations in Verlin, started adding POIs to OpenStreetMap, obviously copying some sort of yellow pages directory, and obviously using some sort of bot or custom-made software.

We must consider this an import, and we don’t know anything about your sources and whether they are legal. The fact that you neglected prior discussion with the community and that you are using that many accounts raises a number of questions.

Before you continue, please discuss your plans on either the German OpenStreetMap Forum, or the talk-de mailing list, or the imports mailing list.

The edits you have already made will likely be reverted. Under no circumstances should you create new accounts to circumvent these blocks.
