You have been running a series of imports, at least some of which have not been discussed with the community, as per the Import Guidelines at: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import/Guidelines

Because of this, your account is being placed on a 0-hour lock, which simply requires you to read this message and acknowledge it before being able to edit OSM further. Once you do, you’ll be able to edit normally.

In addition to this, if I am mistaken, and your edits have been discussed as per the import policy, please let me know by the end February 6th UTC, or 7pm EST on February 6th. If I don’t hear from you by then, I will assume that all the editing edits were done outside the import policy and revert them.
