You are continuing to import despite being asked not to, having a block placed on you and having been explicitly told by not less than three DWG members.

Stop importing data until any import has been approved by the community as per the Import Guidelines and send a list of your import changesets to data@openstreetmapfoundation.org

If you do not, then the DWG will have to remove any changesets it deems suspicious of being involved in the import. In addition, if you continue to disregard these requests, you risk your account being locked.

You are a well known, well regarded member of the community, so we would like to avoid needing to take these steps, so please comply with the import guidelines and help us resolve this situation.
