Dear new user,
I am contacting you on behalf of OSMF's data working group. We have received a number of complaints about your edits; people were concerned about your changing of streets to wrong names, and adding data that does not exist in reality.
It is possible that this is a misunderstanding, and you falsely believed that you were editing a private copy of the map.
Understand that you are editing a live map used by many people - not a private copy where you can do what you want!
When you submit edits, please apply a "changeset comment" so that other users can see what you wanted to achieve with that particular edit.
When other users contact you about your edits, do not ignore them.
Choose an user name that makes sense. OpenStreetMap is a social project and you are participating in a large community by contributing; surely you do not want to do that under the name "hdfgdfgbdfd".
Please write back to firstname.lastname@example.org and explain which of your edits, if any, were actually based in fact and should be kept in OpenStreetMap; if we don't hear from you we might have to revert all your edits because they contain a high proportion of inacceptable edits.
Thank you Frederik Ramm
