When you were previously blocked for importing during the redaction period I asked if your import had been discussed with the local community (talk-us@) and the imports@ mailing list. It appears that it has not.

As you are continuing with what appears to be an import without consultation and messages were ineffective I have no options but to block you. Please contact me to get this block lifted if you want it lifted before the 48 hours are up.
