Hello and welcome to OpenStreetMap!

OpenStreetMap is a collaborative community, and we have to work together to create the best map. Therefore, it’s only polite to reply when other mappers ask questions. It’s possible that you haven’t seen these if your email is not set up properly, in which case you can go to http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Joey%20Samson/history and see where people have asked questions about changesets. Please do reply to them, and also (if you are not receiving email notifications of changeset discussions) try and sort out your email too. Also please do use changeset comments that describe the changes made (“YES” doesn’t describe anything). Almost everything that you’ve added has had to be undone or changed by other mappers, suggesting that you’re adding things that don’t exist. Please don’t do this - OpenStreetMap is a map of the world as it actually exists, not as we’d like it to exist.

I’m sending this as a message that has to be read before you continue editing, but once you’ve read it you’ll be able to edit OpenStreetMap immediately. Please do, however, only map things that really exist, and please do use meaningful changeset comments. If you fail to do this you’ll be prevented from editing OpenStreetMap in the future.
