Reason for block:
Your tagging / mapping selections continue to puzzle the community.
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/161658161 - highway = path as an outline of an area is incorrect Use highway = path for a constructed path from one place to another.
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/161655302 - self intersecting polygon is incorrect. Joining distinct polygons with thin "channels" is incorrect. Either use distinct polygons, or a larger simple polygon.
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/161655311 - highway = *_link form incorrect - dual carriageway incorrect - highway = tertiary unlikely The _link form is for short connectors, not entire ways. A single carriageway is modeled as a single way, not two one-way ways. This road, and many of your others are inappropriately promoted to tertiary or above. Use highway = service for alleys / driveways. use highway = unclassified / residential for the least prominent public road network. Use tertiary and above only for roads more substantial than those.
You must engage with the OpenStreetMap community and map by consensus rather then attempting to impose your own idiosyncratic style on the map.
If you don't like the way that data appears when rendered, learn how to use other rendering tools to fix the appearance for yourself. Do not break that data to meet your rendering expectations.
Others may have already created a rendering that you prefer.
