Updated surface types according to survey. (compacted= maintained unpaved road containing gravel. gravel= loose pile of gravel)

New POIs from operator data.

Tiiu road is accessible. Deleted a bunch of paths crossing construction areas. Tiiu road also has sidewalks - feel free to add.

Road changes based on survey and Estonian Landboard imagery. Changed surface from (loose) gravel to compacted (gravel).

Updates based on marina website and public project data. I did not update the outline nor add a new slip and pier (+extra spaces) due to old ortho-data.
