I currently map mainly walking trails and mountain bike tracks.

I load them up into OSM annotate them and then use osmxapi to get recent OSM updates. I then convert that into a garmin img for uploading into my trusty garmin etrex legend, and the next time I'm in the region I can see the trails already on my gps.
