Added Yield signs for Sparkman intersection at US 72

The Orion Amphitheater opened last weekend. Made edits to that, the new exit supporting it, and parking lot.

Fixes to road classification of Governors Drive to match opposite lanes and rest of route.

Added the route for the Southern Bypass

Updated the road names in John Hunt Park to the new names adopted by Huntsville City Council on November 5th 2020.

The intersection of Rock Cut Road and US 72 has changed to allow no left turn from US 72. Only traffic coming from Rock Cut can cross the intersection.

The intersection of Dug Hill Road and US-72 has been changed to make it safer. 72 is now a superstreet. Traffic on Dug Hill can only turn right at 72 and must go down and do a U turn for WB 72 or to continue on Dug Hill Road

Ryland Pike intersection was reconfigured to only allow WB traffic to merge onto 72. All other movements have been removed. Jordan Road was extended to connect to US-72 to allow other access.

The Parkway is now open to traffic
