Markdown sucks!

Posted by malenki on 17 February 2013 in English (English)

Normally this would have been an entry about
Workflow for fixing Wikipedia entries
But since there seems to be no way to display complex xml code in this blogs based on ugly Markdown I have to post that on my site:
http://www.malenki.ch/fp/index.php/2013/02/17/workflow-for-fixing-wikipedia-entries-on-osm/

(edit:added "*complex*" and removed an unnecessary line)

I don't seem to have any trouble embedding XML code:

<tag k="wikipedia" v="D"Iberville,_Mississippi"/>

Thanks for commenting. If you have some more time you could look into the complete post I've pasted here.
Pay attention to the lines 34-37 and 43.

Sorry if I've got carried away a bit in my post but half an hour messing around with different tries of formatting a simple blog post is much more time I'd normally like to spend for "paste the written text and submit it".

(I also still don't get it why one should make two spaces instead one line break to get a line break...)
