As you are obviously an expert in integration of maplibrary data I would suggest that you write an HOWTO on that. I tried to integrate the senegalese adminstrative boders (via JOSM) and i fail as neither can I get the whole Senegal downloaded nor are the gpx data visible. Thank you
The trick is: I use [http://www.gpstm.com/downloadscontract.php GPS TrackMaker] to convert maplibrary.org's ESRI shape files into gpx files (thanks to Odilon Ferreira Junior from Belo Horizonte! :-)
