Hallo OSM Mapper,
da die Anzahl der Leute in der Region Gütersloh und umgebung in den
letzten Wochen stark angestiegen ist schlagen wir vor das wir uns Abends
mal auf ein Bier und eine Pizza treffen. Dabei laesst sich bestimmt
das ein oder andere bereden oder alte Wunden wie "Potlatch vs JOSM"
wieder aufknibbeln.
Wir schlagen daher vor
Alte Weberei, Bogenstraße in Gütersloh
am Mittwoch dem 2.7.2008 um 19:00

Using the map
Yesterday i _used_ the map for routing the first time. I went past a Shop i wanted to go to later and simply used Navit to "Set as Destination". Later i let navit (http://navit-project.org) bring me back where i want. While using i found more bugs in the map (streets not beeing connected but rather drawn near each other) and tons of "untagged" paths which were streets but navit wouldnt use them.

Vandalism or thoughtless clicking ....
Found deleted Roundabouts in the Area i was mapping exclusively for the last weeks. After i put them in again i found more bogus edits tonight. Foot/Cycle/Waterways which are definitly not there. Footways without any connection although i know there is one etc.
The user seems to just map from memory and using potlatch. He is not really carful doing edits and i already tidied up a bit by deleting points and ways without any tags and connections etc.
Now i'd like to contact that user but there seem to not be any standard way to map a username to an e-mail address
