On a side note
I have been working on Andong, Korea, too. And yes I know there are a lot of crossing ways/streets/rivers/tracks. All my data comes from the three years I lived there and all the rides and tracks I used to make my own Garmin map.
I'll slowly be adding more to the area. The road data is all good, but since it has been a year, I don't know the exact configurations and over-unders of all the crossings. I figure it is better to get the road data in now and let others in the area do the actual clean up on bridges and such. Unfortunately that might be a while in coming since Yahoo doesn't have much good imagery of that area

Daejeon Neighborhoods
I've been filling in a few streets in a few neighborhoods. No real methodology to it. I just see a hole on the map, check google earth to see what the streets look like and if I am likely to get some good tracks, and then I head out.
Still cold here, but riding does tend to keep most of the body warm.
