While the Bronx River Pathway is routed on the shoulder of a road, don't map a separate way for it. The configuration is expressed with sidewalk:right=lane.

Clean up parking aisles

Niagara Scenic Parkway Spur cleanup. Downgraded to secondary due to lower importance, and removed from the NSP route relation as there seems to be little to no signage of the actual name.

Change motorway to motorway_link on ramp

Playland Parkway classification and tag cleanup. Expressway construction is now denoted with expressway=yes, for the appropriate part of the road.

Downgrade SR-7 to primary, and instead denote limited access construction with expressway=yes.

Downgrade US-20 and US-6N from trunk to primary. If these roads are important enough to be trunk routes, the route should stretch all the way from city to city. These are just stubs.
