Remove note about paving, as Essex drive is now paved with at least base coat of asphalt.

As of 2019-Aug-20 they're still constructing the roundabout (yet to pave it) but it is functioning while under construction. It has a "transport truck apron" but I don't know if this needs to be indicated here. Don't know if mini-roundabout is correct.

Made new GPS trace of ongoing road construction and used it to adjust the previously placed roads and to add the new extensions that are now paved and curbed.
