Are Carlton St and Bank St really primary roads (A roads)? It seems unlikely that they would be - probably should be retagged as tertiary roads.

A number of roads here, such as http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/179876646, have a ref of "A52;A601". I'd be surprised at this, given that we don't have duplexed A road refs in the UK. Is there even any signage here saying what is the ref of this road (as opposed to possible destinations)?

McDonald's and Mercure London Paddington have Google Maps as its source, but the hotel seems to also have tags from a open source import (particularly the food ratings). Please check, resurvey and replace the source with a compatible one.

Maxheight needs to be checked - according to my notes it is 4.4 metres not 4.6 as currently mapped

This BrewDog pub is tagged real_ale=yes. Is this correct? As far as I'm aware BrewDog don't serve real ale at any of their pubs, only craft keg beer.
