A number of roads here, such as, have a ref of "A52;A601". I'd be surprised at this, given that we don't have duplexed A road refs in the UK. Is there even any signage here saying what is the ref of this road (as opposed to possible destinations)?

McDonald's and Mercure London Paddington have Google Maps as its source, but the hotel seems to also have tags from a open source import (particularly the food ratings). Please check, resurvey and replace the source with a compatible one.

This BrewDog pub is tagged real_ale=yes. Is this correct? As far as I'm aware BrewDog don't serve real ale at any of their pubs, only craft keg beer.

Sainsbury's supermarket shown on aerial imagery now closed for redevelopment. However a temporary store has opened somewhere nearby, and this should be mapped instead.
