Update a speed limit on Stony Brook Drive, Add a speed limit to St. Gabriel Lane. Saw some wonky routing that may be impacted by this.

Fixed a couple of ditch crossings with Fern Valley Road and Signature Drive near I-65. (added a bridge and a culvert as appropriate)

Tag the Northern Ditch as a ditch and fix up a number of places where it crosses under roads and railroads (adding culverts or bridges as appropriate)

Extended Ceder Creek to it's source.

Improvements to bicycle/walk path along Watterson Trail near Walnutwood Way and Mulberry Row Way

Ditch had wrong direction of flow for much of it. Fixed flow direction, extended to some dis-contiguous sections to connect and extended slightly further upstream

Fix up some placement of Ceder Creek, as well as fix up some crossings with culverts and bridges.

Added service road for Northeastern Library dropoff zone and book return. Grass area really isn't right because the library building isn't mapped at all, yet. Lots more to be done in this immediate vicinity.
