Is this land scheduled for construction? I see test dig lines criss-crossing it in Bing imagery, like for other active construction sites.

These look like fences around balancing pools, but I can't tell for certain from the Bing imagery. Refine tagging to barrier=fence if they are indeed fences.

We seem to have mixed tagging for both "maxspeed=20 mph" and "maxspeed=30 mph" for the new development here. Survey to determine what's correct, since I don't think it'll chop and change like it's currently tagged.
