Updated various paths around Northstowe that I just used. In some cases, I removed "access=no" which was strictly correct when combined with bicycle=yes, but caused bad rendering in the default tiles

I have no evidence that the Meldreth meridian marker isn't on the WGS-84 meridian, so let's set it to precisely zero
