Resolved note #91400
Description
Moved from OSB ID599128:
Bergstaðastræti changes it's oneway direction from 1. July to 1. August according to http://www.reykjavik.is/desktopdefault.aspx/tabid-3821/1198_read-26821/ However, it seems that the official OSM tags do not support this. Maybe, in future the following could be used for it: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/temporary (Well, instead of marking Bergstaðaystræti as oneway, time dependent turn restrictions could be used, but maybe this is not the proper way to model this...) [HelmutNeukirchen, 2011-07-04 16:20:06 CEST]
It is probably hopeless to model this. Maybe all the restrictions that have been added for 2011 should be removed... [HelmutNeukirchen, 2012-05-18 02:06:56 CEST]

oneway direction has not been changed since the message. Should it be changed now?
Surveyed the direction of the oneway and changed the it accordingly. If we don't have any way of putting a timelimit on the direction, we will need to change it manually until we can.
After a little bit of research, it does not seem like the direction of the oneway has really changed since summer 2011. Survey did not result in any discoveries indicating that the current oneway direction is temporary.
