Hi, some of the mistakes you that this a mechanical edit in an area where you have no local knowledge of the changes that you are making and are just guessing based on the name suggestion index. This is not OK. OpenStreetMap is a map created by local knowledge; if you just add guesses then you are devaluing the hard work of all the other mappers who have contributed to OSM.
For example you have added wikidata tags for https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tesco_Corporation to the Tesco petrol station, which is clearly an error. Especially since you managed to add the correct tags to the corresponding supermarket.
You have changed the cuisine for Frankie and Bennie's to cuisine=italian, this is clearly wrong to anyone who has visited one. The wikipedia page you added clearly says that it is a chain of Italian-American-themed restaurants.
This Greggs is a cafe, it has seating and you can sit inside and drink coffee. Some outlets are fast food but nobody considers Greggs a bakery.
The name suggestion index is still in its infancy, there are a lot of errors and it relies on mappers with local knowledge to look at these suggestions and get them corrected. They are certainly not ready for blind armchair edits.
Cheers Phil
